Do you do estimates?
Yes! We do free estimates. If you wanted us to use our PRO Landscape software to see how your landscape will look once the work is finished, we charge an extra fee depending on the size of the project.
Can I special order trees you currently do not have in stock?
Yes. We do our best to assure that every customer is happy and finds what they are looking for. If we do not have a particular item in stock, or you wanted a different size, we can try to find it for you and place a special order. For special orders, we required a nonrefundable down payment of 30% of the total bill.
Can I put an item on hold?
We hold items with a minimum down payment of 30% for up to two weeks.
